Hello. I’m Anthony (also known as Lou). I’m the owner/operator of this pint-sized eatery located at 621 A Del Ganado Road in San Rafael. All the recipes on the menu are 100% original and made with ingredients that inspire. I purchase lettuces and vegetables twice a week at the Marin Farmers market and all dressings, stocks and hot sauces are made in house. All spice mixes are toasted and ground fresh. My only intent is to serve food that comforts, nourishes, and excites the senses. If the window is open then you will find me here, preparing each dish with care and respect, the only way I know how. WE ARE A SMALL OPERATiON (4 EMPLOYEES) WiTH A TiNY ‘KiTCHEN’ (ONE OVEN, 2 iNDUCTiON BURNERS, NO GAS HOOKUP). BECAUSE OF THE PHYSiCAL LiMiTATiONS OF THE KiTCHEN & FOCUS ON QUALiTY OUR OUTPUT iS A LOT LOWER THAN OTHER RESTAURANTS. THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE A MEAL iS TO CALL EARLY OR SHOW UP TO THE WiNDOW WHEN WE OPEN. DURiNG DiNNERTiME MOST CUSTOMERS CALL iN THEiR ORDER AT OR AROUND 4:15 P.M.
